  • Colours and appearances of jewellery may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business daysof payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery is 8-11 business daysthereafter, depending on your location within South Africa.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Consumer Rights In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), you have the right to:

  • Receive goods that are safe, of good quality, and fit for purpose
  • Return defective goods within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund
  • Fair, honest, and transparent communication from us
